Advice Please - Best budget DSLR for HD Video recording ?

Hi - I am sure this question could help others.
I entered the world of DSLR in 2005 with the EOS Rebel 300 and never looked back BUT now need to upgrade as I want to use HD Video.
I am on a very tight budget and would like advice on What is best HD vid Camera in the Canon Range as I need to use the x3 HQ lenses I have for the EOS body - I dont mind second hand from a Rep source and I'm in the UK. I have seen what some HD video can do using these lenses and its very impressive. I will also need a Good mic and rig system to complete the set up. My main usage will be for short filmwork for BtoB commercial work and stock footage experimentation.
