Hi everyone, I just returned from Hong Kong (1 month holidays there) and very shock to learn that my YouTube account has been terminated. May I know is anyone here has similar problem & how did you solve it? Here my account URL : www.youtube.com/c/ymvideotvCurrent message : This account has been terminated due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube's policy against spam, deceptive practices, and misleading content or other Terms of Service violations. Actually this is Common Creative (CC) videos channel (funny cats video) which created about 6 months ago. I have uploaded about 60 videos and have about 60 subscribers. The account is phone verified. I never received any warning before. Currently I only earn small money from this account (USD$7/month) but I have put a lot of my time to develop this channel, that's why I really hope to get back the account. If you have any suggestion, please advise me. Thanks! PS: I have accesses to this account from Macau and Hong Kong (upload new video every week). Cheers, Joe

Hi Phil, no yet. I wrote to YouTube but haven't received their reply yet.
In fact I don't know what's the reason they terminated my account since all videos were created from CC contents. :-(

I am sorry to hear that. That is strange because you can see a lot youtube accounts that are using copyrighted materials and they are still active.
