any tips on how to produce such videos. Those that comes with white space surrounding video, with big text captions and emojis. I am looking to learn to make such videos as its quite popular on FB.

You can create that video using a video editor such as Vegas and Premier Pro. One way to do it in Vegas is to put white solid color in the preset as overlay. Familiarize yourself with the software by playing with the features and functions.
